Executive Chef Marco De Cecco hails from Udine in Northern Italy and brings his passion for Italian cuisine to Munich. His international experience and love for traditional recipes shape the culinary signature of Assoluto. With each dish, he aims to bring his guests closer to the authentic taste of Italy.

HIS ORIGIN AND LOVE FOR ITALY
Marco discovered his passion for cooking in his grandparents' restaurant in Udine. There he learned how important family, hospitality, and good food are in Italian culture. These values accompany him to this day and are reflected in every dish served at Assoluto.
